We curate and supply snacks and candies exclusively made in Korea by Korean producers.

Yes, we provide a QR code that will direct you to our product description page on your phone, where you can find detailed allergy information.

Absolutely not. We take pride in ensuring that all our products are fresh and have a considerable remaining shelf life. We never send expiring products to our customers. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our utmost priorities.

Each individual product includes its own Best Before date. For small bundled items that may not have separate labeling, we guarantee at least 3 months of shelf life at the time of dispatch.

However, we still recommend enjoying the snacks within 1 month after receiving your box for the best quality.

Korean snacks usually display the date in the YYYY.MM.DD format.

For example:
2028.03.15 means March 15, 2028.

Most Korean products use Best Before (소비기한) rather than strict expiration, meaning the product is best enjoyed before that date but may still be safe shortly afterward depending on storage conditions.

If a product uses a different format, it will be clearly printed on the package.

We recommend storing your Korea Crate in a cool, dry place, as exposure to high heat may affect the quality of the items.

The subscription starts from US$38.50 per month. Discounts are available for prepaid subscriptions. Additionally, there is an option for Gift purchases.

Our subscription plan has 4options for payment.

Monthly Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every month, ensuring you receive our products consistently. By paying in advance, you'll also enjoy additional discounts.

3-Month Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every three months, so you can continue enjoying our products hassle-free. Prepayment remains an excellent way to maximize your savings.

6-Month Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every six months, simplifying your subscription experience. Paying in advance for the 6-month period will still come with attractive discounts.

12-Month Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every twelve months, providing you with a year of uninterrupted product deliveries. As always, prepaying for the full year will yield the greatest discounts.

No, the contents of each box are a surprise.

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your KoreaCrate subscription at any time. Simply visit the "My Account" section on our website and click "Subscriptions" menu under Account details section.

Please note that cancelling your subscription will prevent any future charges from occurring. However, it's important to understand that any amount you have already paid for your subscription is final and non-refundable. This includes prepaid plans or payments made for the current subscription period.

When it comes to renewal charges, we bill on the same day of the month as the initial order was placed.

We offer a flat rate of $13.50 for shipping worldwide.

Our shipping process typically takes within a week, often as fast as two business days.

If you have received a tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the first update. Sometimes couriers experience delays in updating the tracking information, so it may take some time for the details to be displayed.

Please note that each country has different rules regarding customs fees and taxes. If you are charged any customs fees or taxes upon delivery, we kindly remind you that we are not responsible for covering these charges. It's important to keep in mind that import taxes and customs fees are determined and charged by your local government, over which we have no control.

However, we declare a lower value to potentially exempt you from paying higher taxes or reduce the tax amount.

If there is an issue with your box, please contact KoreaCrate customer support with the photo within 48 hours from delivery.

The list provided includes countries where Korean Post delivers. If your country is not listed, please contact us and let us know.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and non-refundable. We carefully curate and package our products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we kindly request you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s). Our team will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution.

We’re unable to resend or refund parcels that are returned to us. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is received when contacted by the local delivery service. Please double-check your address, phone number and ensure availability during delivery to avoid this situation.
