The subscription starts from US$38.50 per month. Discounts are available for prepaid subscriptions. Additionally, there is an option for Gift purchases.

Our subscription plan has 4options for payment.

Monthly Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every month, ensuring you receive our products consistently. By paying in advance, you'll also enjoy additional discounts.

3-Month Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every three months, so you can continue enjoying our products hassle-free. Prepayment remains an excellent way to maximize your savings.

6-Month Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every six months, simplifying your subscription experience. Paying in advance for the 6-month period will still come with attractive discounts.

12-Month Plan: Your plan will automatically renew every twelve months, providing you with a year of uninterrupted product deliveries. As always, prepaying for the full year will yield the greatest discounts.

Each box is packed with an assortment of popular Korean snacks, candies, a drink, a K-pop goodie, and other delightful goodies. Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your KoreaCrate subscription at any time. Simply visit the "My Account" section on our website and click "Subscriptions" menu under Account details section.

Please note that cancelling your subscription will prevent any future charges from occurring. However, it's important to understand that any amount you have already paid for your subscription is final and non-refundable. This includes prepaid plans or payments made for the current subscription period.

When it comes to renewal charges, we bill on the same day of the month as the initial order was placed.

Yes, KoreaCrate offers international shipping to many countries.

We offer a flat rate of $13.50 for shipping worldwide.

Our shipping process typically takes within a week, often as fast as two business days.

It will be sent on the same day of the month as your initial order. This is also applied to Gift Box.

If you have received a tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the first update. Sometimes couriers experience delays in updating the tracking information, so it may take some time for the details to be displayed.

Please note that each country has different rules regarding customs fees and taxes. If you are charged any customs fees or taxes upon delivery, we kindly remind you that we are not responsible for covering these charges. It's important to keep in mind that import taxes and customs fees are determined and charged by your local government, over which we have no control.

However, we declare a lower value to potentially exempt you from paying higher taxes or reduce the tax amount.

If there is an issue with your box, please contact KoreaCrate customer support with the photo within 48 hours from delivery.

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and non-refundable. We carefully curate and package our products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
