Zico and BLACKPINK Jennie’s collaboration track is finally out!

The latest single of BLOCK B member Zico has finally been released.

On April 26, Zico’s latest digital single titled “SPOT!” featuring BLACKPINK’s Jennie was released together with a music video. The song was unveiled to the world at 6 PM KST.

This is the first release of Zico since July 2022. His latest single “SPOT!” is a hip-hop track that showcases the moments of two friends who happened to meet each other once again at a late-night party. It was also shown in the music video where Zico and Jennie gathered with others to have a good time.

This is not the first time that Zico has collaborated with a female K-pop artist. Most of his songs featuring female idols are hits. Zico has worked with IU, SISTAR’s Hyorin, HyunA, 2NE1’s CL, and more.

Meanwhile, this is also the first K-Pop collaboration track of Jennie for the year. Jennie has collaborated with various K-pop artists as well all throughout her career. She has been featured in BIGBANG’s G-Dragon, Seungri, Lee Hi, and more.

Ever since the announcement of their collaboration, many are already anticipating on how the rap and vocal skills of Zico and Jennie will blend in the new song. As expected, the two didn’t disappoint with the new track “SPOT!”

Aside from his grand comeback, Zico also recently opened the first episode of his KBS2’s late-night music talk show “The Seasons.” This is his first time hosting a show as a solo artist.

Jennie on the other hand recently finished appearing in the entertainment program “Apartment 404” with Yoo Jae Suk, Cha Tae Hyun, Oh Na Ra, Lee Jung Ha, and Yang Se Chan.
