NewJeans drops the music video of “How Sweet”

NewJeans released another track for their comeback. The ADOR girl group released their track and music video for their latest single titled “How Sweet.” 

Last month, NewJeans also unveiled their pre-release track “Bubble Gum.” The song was also used in a Japanese shampoo CF. For this year’s comeback, NewJeans decided to make a comeback with double title tracks.

Their new track “How Sweet” showcases the hip style of NewJeans. The group shared, “The more you listen to ‘How Sweet,” the more you will appreciate its charm. Our concept for this song is unique. We also exerted a lot of effort with the choreography. We hope you guys will also enjoy our dance.”

Despite the dispute between ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin and the parent company HYBE, NewJeans' comeback was not affected. HYBE also promised that their promotions would not be hindered by the issue. 

As part of the promotions for their comeback, NewJeans will finally make a guest appearance on a major broadcasting station variety show. It was recently confirmed that NewJeans will be the guests on an upcoming episode of the KBS variety show “2 Days and 1 Night Season 4.”

Media outlets first reported that NewJeans members Minji, Hanni, Danielle, and Haerin (Hyein is not included because of her injury), were spotted filming in Cheorwon County, Gangwon Province for “2 Days and 1 Night Season 4.” 

With this, KBS officially confirmed the reports. According to them, “NewJeans is confirmed to make a guest appearance in one of the episodes of ‘2 Days and 1 Night Season 4.’ The girls already finished filming and their episode will premiere this June. We will update you with more details soon. Please check it through the show.”
