Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In are expecting their first child!

After seven months into the marriage, good news arrived early to the newlywed celebrity couple Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In.

The public first knew about Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s relationship in May 2021. In April 2023, the couple held their private wedding ceremony. The two were embroiled in pregnancy rumors but they strongly denied the reports. 

After seven months, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In officially announced that they were expecting their first child. Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s agencies both released an official statement regarding the pregnancy. 

According to their agencies, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In received a precious blessing. They revealed that a new life has come to the couple and they are carefully and gratefully waiting for it to be born in 2024. It was also revealed in their statement that Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s firstborn is expected to be born in February 2024. 

Their agencies also thanked the supporters of the two for their continuous warm support and love for them and their new journey.

Lee Da In is currently in the early stages of her pregnancy. The actress hasn’t decided to rest yet because she is still appearing in the hit MBC K-drama “My Dearest Part 2” with Namkoong Min, Ahn Eun Jin, Lee Hak Joo, Lee Chung Ah, and So Yoo Jin. There are no reports yet if the actress will continue with new projects after “My Dearest” or if she will start focusing on her pregnancy. 

Lee Seung Gi on the other hand did not appear in any K-dramas this year. He was last seen in the romantic K-drama “The Law Cafe” with Lee Se Young, Oh Dong Min, Kim Nam Hee, Kim Seul Gi, and Ahn Dong Goo. 

The actor is set to star in the upcoming film “About Family.” Lee Seung Gi will also make a special participation in the upcoming Filipino movie “Ma’am Chief: Shakedown in Seoul.”
