Lee Jae Wook and aespa’s Karina are the next confirmed celebrity couple

Actor Lee Jae Wook and aespa member Karina, both Prada ambassadors, are confirmed to be dating. 

One of South Korea’s major news outlets, Dispatch, shared an exclusive report on February 27 that actor Lee Jae Wook is currently in a romantic relationship with aespa member Karina. The news outlet also shared proof of photos showcasing that the two are meeting in Lee Jae Wook’s neighborhood for their dates.

Dispatch also revealed how the two met. According to them, Lee Jae Wook and Karina were invited to attend the Milan Fashion Week through the luxury brand Prada last January. The two represented Prada and were seen sitting and interacting with each other throughout the show. 

After the Fashion Week, the two decided to progress their relationship. Lee Jae Wook and Karina decided to have dates around the actor’s neighborhood because Karina is still living with other aespa members in their dormitory. 

After the reports circulated, Lee Jae Wook’s agency was the first to give their response. The agency stated that they would confirm first with their artist before giving their official statement. Meanwhile, Karina’s side didn’t respond for a few hours.

Lee Jae Wook’s agency then was the first to confirm the dating news hours after the exclusive report of Dispatch. CJES Entertainment stated, “Lee Jae Wook and Karina are slowly getting to know each other. Lee Jae Wook is currently in the middle of filming. Because this is his private life, we ask for your warm respect.”

Right after, Karina’s agency finally gave their response to the dating news. SM Entertainment also confirmed, “Karina and Lee Jae Wook are slowly meeting with good feelings.” 

This is the first confirmed dating news from the K-pop girl group aespa. This is also the first dating news for actor Lee Jae Wook.
