Jun Ji Hyun and Kang Dong Won will officially star together in a new K-drama

After almost a year since it was first reported, Jun Ji Hyun and Kang Dong Won are officially confirmed to star in a new K-drama.

“Polaris” will tell the story of two spies who lost their identities. The series will showcase their journey of self-discovery.

Aside from Jun Ji Hyun and Kang Dong Won, there is no confirmation yet on the other casts of the K-drama.

“Polaris” will be the next work of the same director and writer of the 2022 series “Little Women.” The K-drama will be directed by Kim Hee Won (“Vincenzo” and “The Crowned Clown”) and the script will be penned by writer Jung Seo Kyung (“Mother” and “The Handmaiden”).
