EXO-CBX signs to Baekhyun’s newly established agency!

EXO-CBX members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin are the first artists of the new independent label INB100. 

Baekhyun recently launched his own agency INB100 and on January 8, they officially revealed that EXO-CBX members are the first artists to be managed by the label.

INB100 will be the ones responsible for the EXO-CBX activities as well as the individual projects of Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. Meanwhile, the three will still remain as an EXO member and will cooperate with their former agency SM Entertainment for all the group’s activities. 

A representative from INB100 shared that EXO-CBX members, who have been active for 13 years, have been contemplating their future in the ever-evolving global K-pop scene as well as their future as artists beyond their 20s. The decision to establish a new label is the result of extensive discussions and the collective aspirations of the EXO-CBX members. 

The representative also mentioned, "Our focus is to emphasize the unique musical styles and personalities of each member. Moving forward, we aim to serve as a platform for them to embark on creative challenges and experiments. This includes engaging with fans in different ways.”

EXO-CBX’s former agency SM Entertainment also shared their statement and assured EXO-Ls about the future of EXO.

Hello, this is SM Entertainment.

We would like to update you on the future plans for EXO’s activities. 

All eight members of EXO will continue to be together and do activities as a group. The group will be releasing new music and performances, and they will also have a fan meeting scheduled for April. They will also meet fans through different activities. 

Meanwhile, the exclusive contracts of the members who renewed with us are still in effect while members D.O (Doh Kyung Soo), Chen (Kim Jong Dae), Baekhyun (Byun Baek Hyun), and Xiumin (Kim Min Seok) will still participate in all EXO activities. We are continuously in discussion of their future activities. 

EXO will continue connecting with fans through their music and performances, and we appreciate your continued interest and support for the members' endeavors.

SM Entertainment is dedicated to further supporting EXO and the individual growth of each member.

Before EXO’s Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin signed under INB100, D.O. was the first member to leave SM Entertainment after his contract with the agency expired. He then signed under the agency Company Soosoo which was created by his longtime manager.

After the announcement of EXO-CBX’s move to INB100, the agency released new profile photos and dedicated social media accounts for Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin.
