BTS V is returning to "Running Man" as a solo

After several years, BTS member V is coming back as a guest in the popular Korean variety show “Running Man.”

According to a representative of SBS and Running Man on August 29, BTS V will be guesting on one of the episodes of the variety program. They also revealed that the episode with V was filmed on August 28th.

Running Man’s official Instagram account also followed up and shared a teaser photo for V’s guesting on the show. They uploaded the signature “Running Man” name tag with V’s name in Korean. Through the post, it was also confirmed that V’s “Running Man” episode will air on September 10.

This is not the first time that a BTS member will be having a solo episode on “Running Man.” In October of 2022, member Jin also made a guest appearance in the variety program.

Just like Jin, V is guesting on “Running Man” to promote his upcoming solo. It is expected that “Running Man” is one of the many programs that V will visit to promote his solo venture to the public.

In the past, V guested on “Running Man” together with other BTS members. This time, he will dominate the show alone.

Many are already anticipating V’s chemistry with the “Running Man” fixed members such as Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, HaHa, Song Ji Hyo, Yang Se Chan, and Jeon So Min.

V is set to release his solo album titled “Layover” this coming September 8.

ARMYs can watch the airing of V’s “Running Man” episode on SBS’ website. International fans can watch the show with subtitles on OTT streaming platforms such as Viu, Kocowa, and Viki. Meanwhile, highlights of the episode will be uploaded on SBS’ various Youtube channels on a later date.
