BLACKPINK’s Jisoo officially launched her agency!

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo confirmed the establishment of her own agency called BLISSOO. 

Jisoo announced through her personal Instagram account that BLISSOO has been launched.

In Jisoo’s Instagram post, the BLACKPINK member stated, “Hello, this is Jisoo. I’m excited to share my new start with BLISSOO. Stay tuned for what’s to come, as I’m dedicated to bringing joy and happiness to each and every one of you. Please continue to shower your love and support for Jisoo with BLISSOO, and also for BLACKPINK. Thank you.” 

The BLACKPINK member also revealed new photos of her under her new agency.

Last year, all four members of BLACKPINK’s contract expired with YG Entertainment. Just like the others, Jisoo decided to not renew the agency for her solo activities. Her newly launched agency BLISSOO will handle all her solo projects while all BLACKPINK activities will still be handled by YG Entertainment. 

Aside from all the BLACKPINK activities, Jisoo is expected to focus on her solo acting career.

Jisoo is set to star in the upcoming K-drama “Influenza” with Park Jeong Min, Kim Joon Han, and Kim Chan Hyung. She will also join the star-studded film “Omniscient Reader” and will work alongside Ahn Hyo Seop, Lee Min Ho, Chae Soo Bin, After School’s Nana, and Shin Seung Ho. The movie will be released in 2025. 

With the establishment of BLISSOO, Jisoo also revealed the official website and social media accounts of the agency. 

On the website, BLISSOO is defined as “Jisoo's personal label, created from the combination of BLISS, which means ultimate happiness, and JISOO, which has the charm of a gift.”

It also revealed its goal, “We convey to fans the happiness that Jisoo is creating through her new appearance in her activities that cross genres and fields.”

Here is also the mission of the agency: “Transcending the boundaries of genres and fields, our mission is to share the happiness that Jisoo creates in her own unique way.”
